- Our ability to operate depends on being reimbursed for each call. The cost of an ambulance service ranges from $400.00 to $600.00 depending on the severity of the emergency. Most insurance companies, HMO's, and government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid only pay a portion of the cost of an ambulance service. The Washington Township Ambulance and Rescue Association subscription revenue covers portions of bills unpaid by insurance carriers so that subscribers need not be billed for any additional expenses for the service.
- Rest assured, whether you subscribe or not, we will come to your aid....Our EMTs are doing everything in their power to provide the very best emergency medical treatment available.
